Applebay sent out flyers promoting its dental services to seniors who now qualify to enjoy the new government dental care.We were fortunate to receive the flyer and chose Applebay to be our dentist.When I first called, the receptionist was efficient and courteous in arranging our first appointments.The clinic is.well organized and the equipment is updated. Comparing with my dentist in Richmond Hill, this clinic is very impressive.All the staff and dentists were professional. We had cleaning done in our first visit. The process was lengthy because X-rays, examinations and consultations etc had to be carried out.We went back second time . Mine was a filling and my husband was an extraction of a tooth.The filling was painless and I was totally at ease during the process.My husband was also very pleased.The reason I wrote this review in detail is I am serious to tell the community that this is truly a 5 star clinic. I have not come across another dental clinic as good as this.Highly recommended to all to try it out yourself.Thank you to all the staff and doctors for the great job. We are really very appreciative. 👍👏😍
The reception and billing team is great and they do their best to accommodate same day emergencies and any questions that come up and they go to bat with difficult insurance companies. Great dentists that go above and beyond during procedures, and best of all, our hygenist Kennedy who we have had for almost 3 years is amazing and the only one my children will allow to do cleanings on them. They started out terrified and she was patient, kind, and made them feel comfortable. So thankful for this office as a whole !
Been going to this dentist office since my son was 2. Now he is 9 and all 3 of my kids go. We love the dentist thakar, he is really patient and amazing with kids especially with my oldest who is ADHD! I couldn’t recommend him more! They are always understanding and my kids love the little toys they get after each visit!
Applebay has been an amazing dental clinic. My daughter is terrified of needles, and not the easiest patient. However Dr. Yannick has been nothing but patient with her and helped her past her fears. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!
I usually don’t like going to dentist but Applebay made my visit so smooth and comfortable. I went there for my cleaning and the hygienist was really gentle and she explained me how to take care of my teeth properly and she also taught me how to floss. As I had never flossed earlier. I would definitely go there again for my next cleaning appointment.
